Chen Zhipeng is an associate chief physician, deputy director of the department, and holds a master's degree. He graduated from Chongqing Medical University in 1994 and subsequently completed three years of further study at Chongqing Medical University and the Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College, studying under renowned domestic plastic surgery professors such as Zhao Min and Fan Fei. He also worked for one year at a Sino-Korean joint-venture plastic and cosmetic surgery hospital.
